Primary Care Networks exist all over British Columbia, with the goal of improving access to primary care services and better connecting patients, Family Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and other health care service providers.

- PCN Clinical Pharmacy
- PCN Obesity Clinic
- PCN CHANGE Program (for people with Metabolic Syndrome)

You Have Options

PCN services are available as an extension of your Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner’s practice and require a referral. If you don’t have a Family Doctor, register on the Health Connect Registry to be connected with one in our community.
